A deliciously healthy zucchini pasta dish featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis and set aside.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
  5. Stir in the zucchini noodles and cooked bacon, toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

  • For a vegetarian option, skip the turkey bacon.
