Vegan Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu

A delicious vegan take on traditional tiramisu with a delightful pumpkin spice flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coffee, brewed
  • 1 package vegan ladyfingers
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, coconut cream, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in brewed coffee and layer them in a dish.
  3. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer taste, use homemade cashew cream instead of coconut cream.
  • Adjust the sweetness based on your preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
