- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4–5 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup vegan caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the vegan butter and combine until crumbly.
- In another bowl, toss apples with caramel sauce, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold and seal the edges, then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
