Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with raspberry jam.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set.
  9. Let cool, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
