  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Dip each squid ring in the cornstarch mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
