  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
