  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream and berries on top.
  6. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours before serving.
