Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
