Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture, and mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, cinnamon, and salt until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
