  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and dark chocolate over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Mix the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-made tart shell.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before serving.
