Salted Caramel Cheesecake

A rich and creamy salted caramel cheesecake perfect for any celebration.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, then drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce. Repeat with the remaining batter and caramel.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with extra salted caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, use high-quality caramel sauce.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
