- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and mix well.
- Spread the apple mixture over the crust, then drizzle with half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Top with the remaining crust mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with the remaining caramel before serving.
Notes
