  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and mix well.
  5. Spread the apple mixture over the crust, then drizzle with half of the salted caramel sauce.
  6. Top with the remaining crust mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool, then drizzle with the remaining caramel before serving.
