Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Pasta

  • 1 pound rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cook until broccoli is tender.
  4. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta. Mix well.
