  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread the coated squash on a baking sheet.
  5. Chop the turkey bacon and sprinkle it over the squash.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the squash is tender.
