  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the mixed vegetables and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the vegetables out evenly and place in the oven.
