  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about an hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll it up and cut into individual rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise again.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
