- 2 pounds London Broil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the London Broil in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the London Broil from the marinade and discard the marinade.
