One Pot Healthy Broccoli Mac and Cheese with Turkey Bacon Bliss

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add the macaroni and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the broccoli, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Reduce heat, add the milk and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, and fold in the crispy turkey bacon before serving.

- For extra creaminess, add more cheese if desired.
