- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 cup peas and carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
