  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams all-purpose flour

  • 100 milliliters strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the flour and baking powder.
  6. Pour in the coffee and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the walnuts.
