Lazy Cheesy Garlic Pasta

  • 12 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
