  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the steak over high heat until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice it against the grain.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering rice, slices of steak, kimchi, and cucumbers.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
