  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  4. Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
  5. Grill or pan-sear the marinated steak to your preferred doneness, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and steak on top.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
