  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups curry sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken cutlets by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the cutlets until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Warm the curry sauce in a separate pot.
