- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
