- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup whipped cream
- red food coloring (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
