Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. Spread the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  8. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring until smooth.
  9. Spread the frosting over the cooled cookie bars and sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
