- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
