Garlicky Creamy Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin

Deliciously creamy and garlicky Brussels sprouts au gratin, infused with the savory goodness of turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked Brussels sprouts, turkey bacon, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon and use vegetable broth.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
