  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add coleslaw mix to the same skillet and sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Serve warm.
