  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through.
