Ingredients

  • 500 grams prawns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
