  • 1 cup frozen pierogi
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, onions, celery, and carrots. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the frozen pierogi and cook until they float to the top.
  3. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and fresh dill.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
