- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup over the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest before slicing.
