  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  3. Add cumin, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture and stir.
  4. Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place in the baking dish seam side down.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
