- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Add cumin, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture and stir.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place in the baking dish seam side down.
