Easy Focaccia Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast, letting it foam for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in turkey bacon and rosemary.
  6. Place dough in a greased muffin tin and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
