- 4 chicken breasts
- 100g butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each chicken breast and place a spoonful of the butter mixture in the center.
- Fold the chicken over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
