  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and crushed black peppercorns.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the chicken on both sides until golden.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then stir in the heavy cream.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, top with crumbled turkey bacon, and place in the oven.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
