  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the chicken breast, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, corn, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken broth and mix well.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
