  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each mushroom first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
