Crispy Golden Brown Egg Rolls

Deliciously crispy egg rolls filled with turkey bacon, perfect for snacks or appetizers!

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the turkey bacon, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with a bit of water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
