Creamy White Chocolate Orange Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the melted white chocolate, orange juice, and orange zest until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture until no lumps remain.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the white chocolate is not too hot when folding in the whipped cream to prevent it from melting.
