- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add chicken, cooking until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
