  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
