  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until golden.
  4. Stir in flour and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth, bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
