  • 16 ounces mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and paprika, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Slowly pour in vegetable broth while stirring to avoid lumps.

  7. Stir in heavy cream and crumble the cooked turkey bacon back into the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
