Creamy Broccoli Pasta – One Pot!

A deliciously creamy pasta dish with broccoli and turkey bacon, all made in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the pasta and add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  5. Add the broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and use vegetable broth.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
