Creamy Baked Dijon Chicken Thighs

A delicious and creamy dish featuring baked Dijon chicken thighs paired with turkey bacon.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them, and top with chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
