- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
