- 1 pound pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- In a crockpot, layer half of the pierogi, followed by half of the kielbasa, onions, and sauerkraut.
- Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream over the layers.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
