Classic Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A comforting and delicious dish that combines the flavors of pierogi and kielbasa, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer half of the pierogi, followed by half of the kielbasa, onions, and sauerkraut.
  2. Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream over the layers.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
